Who would've thought our favourite Hong Kong comfort foods would find their way into a chocolate bar? We teamed up with our Strathcona neighbours at HYPE Chocolate Co., an Indigenous-owned Vancouver chocolatier, to give some of our most nostalgic flavours an entirely new life.

This three-bar chocolate flight brings the spirit of Hong Kong's cha chaan tengs, typhoon shelter boat kitchens, and neighbourhood dessert shops into HYPE's world of handcrafted chocolate. Each bar features a different Holy Duck condiment, with a little sweet-and-savoury mischief worked into every bite.

Your flight includes:

• Salted Egg French Toast: Caramelized chocolate, roasted peanuts, French toast crunch, and our Chili Lava Salted Egg Sauce.

• Typhoon Rice Crunch: Milk and dark chocolate, crispy rice, and our garlicky Typhoon Shelter Sum Sum Seasoning.

• Hot Black Sesame: Dark chocolate, roasted black sesame, and our Zero Ducks Lion's Mane Chili Oil.
